1. Take the Long Island Expressway (I-495) to Exit 39N (Glen Cove Road).
2. Exit North toward Glen Cove.
3. Take Glen Cove Road north approximately 2 miles to Northern Blvd. (Rte. 25A)
(There is a Pathmark shopping center on your right and a Wendy’s on your left.)
4. Turn Right (East) onto Northern Blvd. (25A) and travel East for 3 traffic lights to Valentine's Lane. There is a blue and white sign on the corner with the school’s name on it. (New York Tech is on your right and St. Francis DeMatteis Center is on your left. If you pass Valentine’s Lane you will end up at the C.W. Post campus.)
5. Turn Left at the light onto Valentine's Lane. The main entrance to the school is the 3rd driveway on the right. |
The girl's 5/6 basketball team won their second game this season against Green Vale 14-7. Katharine Muly '18 and Kayla Scott-Tolbert '18 each scored four points. Eve Fine '19, Lauren Espinal '18 and Carly Kleinwaks '18 each added a basket in the win. Kleinwaks, Julia Callan '18, Lisa Sholomon '18, Nur Raees '19, Scott-Tolbert, Ashley Oden '19, Espinal, Kayla Guo '18, Mulry, Zoe Meshel '19 and Laura Yardeni '19 held Green Vale to zero points in the second and fourth quarters. We look forward to continuing our win streak next Thursday at Holy Child. |

The 5/6 girls beat Green Vale 13-6. Katharine Mulry '18 led all scorers with 6 points. Kristina Callan '18, Carly Kleinwaks '18 and Lauren Espinal '18 each added a basket. Eve Fine '19 went 1-2 from the free throw line. Great defense by Sabriya Khalfan '18, Julia Callan '18, K. Callan, Kayla Guo '18, Mulry, Kleinwaks, Zoe Meshel '19, Espinal, Amberlin Mott '19 and Kayla Scott-Tolbert '18 who held Green Vale to no baskets in the first half. |
