The Arts Scholar Program is a multi-year planned program of study in the Visual or Performing Arts at Portledge and is open to students in grades nine through twelve. Students interested in participating in the program must fill out an application and submit it to the appropriate teacher for approval. Once accepted into the program, a student is considered an Arts Scholars candidate and will receive recognition upon successful completion of the program at graduation. The Arts Scholars program has grown over the years and, to date, more than 60 students have successfully completed the program. A significant number of our graduates have pursued careers in the fine and performing arts.
