Homework for Week of: 12/5 – 12/9

 

 

M- 12/5         Look over my study guide and start preparing for testFriday

 

 

T- 12/6           Review the requirements for the project again. Think about which country you would like to choose. Have a few choices ready for Thursday’s break period.

                       Continue studying

 

 

W- 12/7         Continue studying, use the notes we’ve done in class and the concepts at each review station

 

Th- 12/8         Continue studying. Now that your country choice is finalized, you may start planning ahead for your project.

 

F- 12-9           You should begin steps 2, 3, and 4 this weekend.TIME MANEGEMENTis key! Step 3 will take the longest….you will have class time on Monday and Tuesday but do not bank on getting it all done then!

Work with a partner and go to this site, follow the steps below. 
 
1) Go to the COUNTRIES tab
 
2) Click the "ALL" tab underneath it
 
3) Read through at least 8 countries that you have never heard of/don't know much about. Read through the website on them, some have games associated with it. Write down 3 fun facts about each country (only one paper per partnership). 
 
4) When you finish, you may play around ON THIS SITE ONLY. There are many cool things that you can uncover if you're careful! And no, it's not just a website for history dorks like me!
