Biology Homework September 22 through Oct 7
	We will have a quiz every Wednesday at the beginning of class. Quiz Wed. September 28 Quiz Wed. October 5 Basic Chemistry Will NOT have!!  Test review instead.   HW for MONDAY September 26 Read Chapter 2 section 2-1 Complete workbook chapter 2 section 2-1 Complete vocabulary sheets   TEST Monday October 3rd. Moved to Tuesday October 4!! Class review Wednesday September 28.  Write down any questions you have for the review.   Study text and workbook Chapter 1(ALL) and Chapter 18 sections 2 and 3 All class notes Study all vocabulary, outline and review sheets that you have been given.    Lab work due at the beginning of your next lab Read Scientific Method lab Read New York Times article attached to lab and answer all questions in exercise 6.   Section 3 will complete the lab on Tuesday September 27 and Section 4 will  not meet for lab on Thursday 9/29 due to Rosh Hashanah.  You will have lab on October 6th.

	Homework October 7 DUE October 11
	Read chapter 2 Section 2-1 and outline sheets as well as review your class notes. Complete Chapter 2 review questions 1- 9 ( The handout) Quiz Wed  October 12 Atomic Structure, Ionic/Covalent Bonds If you are taking the PSAT on Wednesday you will take the quiz Thursday.

	Homework October 11
	Complete questions 10-15 on the chapter 2 review sheet. (Located in chapter review folder on page) These are due Wednesday 10/12.  PSAT people due Thursday 10/13   Complete vocabulary sheets DUE Friday 10/14 for everyone. Read sections 2-2 Properties of Water in the text

	Homework 10/17-10/21
	Quiz Wednesday 10/19 on properties of water and Ph - Sections 2-1 to 2-3 in the text.  Study review questions 15-23 and notes.   Homework due 10/20 questions 24-30 from the chapter review sheet. continue reading chapter 2 section 2-4 and 2-5   We are almost at the end of the chapter-  Start organizing and reviewing for test.  Nucleic acids will be the last topic before exam.   Please remember to come for the extra help sessions that you have scheduled.

	Homework 10/24- 10/28
	We will do the remaining questions on the review sheet together as part of the test review.  TEST Wed November 2   Review Friday 10/28 and 10/31   Homework READ your notes and Chapter 2!!  Write down any questions that you may have.

	Homework due Monday 10/31
	Read Chapter 2 section 2-4 and complete the workbook section 2-4 due Monday.  Review for test Monday and Tuesday.

	HOMEWORK DUE Monday November 7th
	We will begin unit 3 chapters 7- 10. ALL workbook pages for these chapters will be assigned.  If you want to move ahead you may.   Homework for November 11th read chapter 7 section 7-1 and 7-2 and complete the workbook pages for these sections.  Vocabulary sheets and outlines will be given to you on Monday.   Quizzes will resume on Wednesday November 9.

	Test Tuesday November 22 on Chapter 7.  Continue completing review questions.

	Monday November 21st and Tuesday November 22nd
	NO TEST for Tuesday November 22nd.  We will have the test Tuesday November 29th
