• Deposits are non-refundable.
• No refund will be made for days missed and/or withdrawal from the program.
• A medical form will be mailed with your confirmation of registration.
• A copy of your child’s immunization records must be on file prior to the start of any program.
• Permission is granted for this child to engage in all program activities except as noted on child’s health form.
• Permission is granted for the campus nurse or certified staff to perform first aid in case of an emergency.
• Permission is granted to use any photos in connection with publicity for Portledge School including Portledge Summer Adventures.
• Portledge is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items.
• Portledge recommends that valuable personal items not be brought on campus.
