Special Blue White Day in Middle & Upper School

On Tuesday, January 23, both Middle and Upper School welcomed Katie Schumacher from "Don't Press Send" to campus. She discussed how kindness matters, how we must think before we post, and action steps we can take to deliver appropriate messages about who we are and how we wish to be treated.
The morning was spent competing in Blue White events. These events were academically driven with some fun activities mixed in. The students received a Spirit Dress Down to promote teamwork and school spirit. The Dean’s Office would like to thank Patrick Myers, Rachael Ferrugia, Anthony Bruno, and Tom Kolb for their work setting up the event. The students’ experience was positive, and we look forward to adding more events and making these games even better in the future. The score as of the end of January is;

Blue: 4623 to White: 5067

Smaller events will take place during free time and breaks culminating in Blue White Spirit Week, and Blue White Day this May. Our next event will take place in the Lower School revolving around a trivia competition. Beth Echausse and Wendy Smith will be assisting the Dean's Office in preparation for the Blue White day.
