Portledge introduced four deans to the Upper School program in 2022, creating what has become known to students as the Dean Team. Shelly Kaye, Shoshana Krieger-Joven, R.J. Liberto, and Eden White work together to enhance initiatives in Community Service, Character Formation, Student Leadership, and Student enjoyment, which are also part of the three-year Strategic Plan. The deans also play an instrumental role in College Counseling, working with the Director of College Counseling and students beginning their freshman year. 

This Student Life page will serve as a blog, curated by the Dean Team, to offer a glimpse into the traditions, community, and curriculum that make Portledge so unique.
