Portledge in the Now.

Black Art In All Its Forms

Traci Douglas
During the month of February, we celebrate Black history and culture and this year's school wide theme is Black Art In All Its Forms.
The Upper School's Black Student Union (BSU) is planning several activities across all three divisions, including a Black art gallery in the Lower School, a Black culture trivia activity in the Middle School, and a select chorus and jazz band collaborative performance in the Upper School.  Our co-curricular programming during February and throughout the school year supports our mission and vision and provides all members of our community an opportunity to participate and engage in ways that promote belonging and inclusivity.
