Advanced Theater Club
In the advanced theater club, students get to explore improv comedy through fun games like "Freeze," "Ding," "Gibberish," "The Alphabet Game," and more. They also learn theater and film techniques, delving into how to prepare for cold call auditions, scenes, and monologues. We work on strengthening listening skills in order to provide authentic reactions. Students participate in Uta Hagen activities as well to work on believability and look at how to find beats and actions in a script in order to have a purpose in performance.
