We are thrilled to announce that we have partnered with Flik Independent School Dining for our culinary services this year. This new partnership will provide increased and enhanced food offerings during lunch and snacks. The FLIK philosophy puts wellness at the center of its approach, is committed to serving fresh, wholesome food, and is in line with our focus on wellness.
In addition to the new customized menus at the hot food station, students will have access to a more robust salad bar, and we are expanding the panini/sandwich bar in the Commons to allow for more efficient services during busy lunch periods. In the coming months, FLIK will also open a marketplace in the Commons, providing breakfast and snack options for purchase. We will share more information about this exciting new addition before it becomes available.

Last year, we added a Middle School nutrition block to the schedule, which will continue this year, and we will continue to monitor all snacks in the Lower School to provide healthy choices.
We ask for your patience in the first few weeks of school as our new kitchen staff adjusts. With Chef Kevin returning to lead the new staff and these exciting additions, we are confident that students will notice a significant improvement in their lunch services.
