Built with Passion, Driven by Teamwork: Robotics 2025 Wrap-Up

As the 2024–2025 Robotics season wraps up, we’re reflecting on a year filled with innovation, teamwork, and growth. From building and coding to competing and collaborating, our students have shown remarkable dedication throughout the season.

We’d like to send a heartfelt congratulations to our thirteen graduating seniors who have participated in the Robotics Program over the years. Whether they were with us this year or earlier in their Upper School journey, their passion and contributions have helped shape the heart of the program. We wish them the very best as they embark on their next chapter and hope to see them return for future events, especially our Founders Day Robotics Competition, where current students and alumni come together once again.

This year, seniors Costa Z., Ellis R., Grant L., Jacob M., Jeremy C., and Mathias G. competed in their final season, while Isabella U., Jamson W., Joey S., Josh L., Lance L., Maddy J., and Riley K. participated in past years between grades 9 and 11. We’ve created a video slideshow to celebrate the season, filled with moments from throughout the year and a special send-off for our seniors at the end. Click here to watch!

We’re so grateful to everyone who made this year’s program possible, from students and families to our incredible coaching team and behind-the-scenes supporters. Thank you to Mr. Friedman, Mr. Shenoy, and Mrs. Zografos for their tireless mentorship, and to Mrs. Weather-Shenoy for keeping everything organized and connected on the family side. Your commitment and energy keep this program thriving.

Looking ahead to the 2025–2026 season, we invite anyone interested in supporting the program as a technical mentor or volunteer coach to reach out to Mr. Nelson or Mr. Coleman. We’d love to have you involved. And to our current students: we’re excited to continue building on the knowledge, skills, and teamwork you’ve developed this year. Enjoy your summer, and we’ll see you back in the lab next season!
