Honoring Our Veterans: Alumni Share Their Military Journeys at Portledge

Traci Douglas
In honor of Veterans Day this year, Portledge invited three former students back to campus to talk about their military experiences.

Nathaniel "Kan" Davis
attended Portledge from 1994-1997 and served in the US Navy, Medical Service Corps; Rachel Thomas, '99, served in the Army, Veterinary Corps; and Aaron Lee, '09, served in the Army, Engineer Corps. Our esteemed guests and veterans shared highlights of their time at Portledge, their unique non-combat roles within the military, and some of the challenges they faced during their careers in the Navy and Army.  We are grateful for their visit back to Portledge and thankful for their years of service
